if you listen very quietly
you'll hear the wind of your soul
often it speaks silently
showing a way or a path not a goal
the wind can toss you and turn around
then gently let you go
lead you and guide you without a sound
but simply let you know

I bless the wind in my life
cherish the wind in my hair
the sun may leave at night
the wind is always there
I bless the wind in my life

I have felt Divine spirit
in many forms and many ways
if you listen you can hear it
like a tree laughing when it sways
at times I feel it as a coursing river
passing every twist and bend
often I perceive the eternal giver
today I feel the wind
